Welcome to recipecrate.site. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform designed to help you save and tag personal recipes across devices.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using recipecrate, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Services Overview

recipecrate offers three main offerings:

• Subscription Services providing ongoing access to premium features.
• Digital guides and templates delivered electronically as infoproducts.
• Physical merchandise available for order and delivery.

4. Fees and Billing

All fees are denominated in the currency displayed at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Errors in payment method must be addressed promptly.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Subscription Services

Subscriptions grant immediate access to premium functions. Due to the immediate nature of delivery, all subscription fees are final. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing, but paid fees will not be subject to reimbursement.

5.2 Digital Infoproducts

For digital guides and templates, you may request reimbursement within 14 days of purchase. To request, contact our support team. Eligible reimbursements will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method or, upon request, as credit applied to your account. Digital infoproducts are provided instantly and are not transferable to third parties after delivery.

5.3 Physical Merchandise

If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 30 days of shipment. We will at our discretion offer either a replacement or a reimbursement of the item price. Approved reimbursements will be issued within 14 business days via your original payment method. Shipping charges paid by you are not eligible for reimbursement unless the damage was caused in transit.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on recipecrate.site, including text, graphics, and code, is owned by recipecrate or its licensors. You may not reproduce, adapt, or distribute without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, recipecrate will not be liable for any incidental or indirect harm arising from use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflicts of provisions.
